- Services Non-Personal: The Air Force intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Honeywell Intetnational Inc, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The requirement is for On-site Technical Guidance & Assistance, Information, Evaluations, Recommendations, Equipment Testing, Over-the-shoulder Job Training & Observations on 76 CMXG Honeywell Repair & Test Equipment located at Tinker AFB, Oklahoma. The proposed period of performance is 5 Jul 07 through 4 Jul 08. A Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract is contemplated. Note 22: The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within fourteeen days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Central Contractor Registration is required to receive any award. Contractors can register electronically at http://www.ccr.gov. ORCA registration is also required and contractors can register electronically at https://orca.bpn.org. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation. The NAICS code for this requirement is 336413 with a size standard 1000 employees. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
