THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; PROPOSALS ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. THIS SOLICITATION DOCUMENT AND INCORPORATED PROVISION AND CLAUSES ARE THOSE IN EFFECT THROUGH FEDERAL ACQUISITION CIRCULAR 2005-17 AND CLASS DEVIATION 2005-00001, DEFENSE ACQUISITION CIRCULAR (DAC) 91-13 CORRECTION AND AIR FORCE ACQUISITION CIRCULAR (AFAC) 2007-0531. THE SOLICITATION WILL BE ISSUED ON FEDBIZOPPS AND CAN BE FOUND AT THE FOLLOWING WEB SITE: HTTP://WWW.FBO.GOV/. SOLICITATION# : F3QCCL7155A002 is issued as a Request for Quote using Simplified Acquisition Procedures under the test program for certain commercial items found at FAR Part 13.5. Offerors shall provide quotes for all items or services listed - multiple awards under this solicitation are not authorized. This acquisition will be 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238910 with a small business size standard of $13M. QUOTES ARE DUE NOT LATER THAN 21 JUN 2007 @ 2:00 P.M. EST. All qualified sources interested in this requirement should submit proposals to the above point of contact. LINE ITEM DESCRIPTION: 0001 ? Rental of one Model D-115 Aqua Mister Ultra Boss, trailer mounted 40,000psi complete with 50 cfm air compressor, 115hp diesel engine, lifting hooks. Rental of one model FC-200 floor cleaner for line stripping. Delivery and pickup location is Robins AFB, GA 31098. Vendor supplies operation and maintenance training of equipment at time of delivery. Max 24 hour service response time for equipment failures. Rental package shall include: rotary gun with four tip head, 100 ft. ultra high pressure hose, safety shinguards and supply of consumable items required for 30 days of equipment operation - OR EQUAL. The Government will determine the suitability of all OR EQUAL proposals. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE/DELIVERY: Deliver within 5 days ARO ?
