- This requirement is for a firm-fixed price contract with option years for an Aircraft Engine Test Set in support of the F100-PW-100/-200/-229 series aircraft engines and the F101-GE-102 aircraft engine. This acquisition is for NSN: 4920-01-471-3816 or NSN: 4920-01-035-6342, P/N: PWA50096D, TI50096L or 9700200-10. The aircraft engine test set is a pressure source used to manually position the compressor variable vanes during depot, intermediate, and organizational maintenance levels. This requirement is sole or limited source to: Technology Development Group Inc, 41901 Wolverine Rd, Shawnee, OK 74804, CAGE: 0XWR4 and Testek Inc, 12271 Globe St, Livonia, MI 48150, CAGE: 06659. Authority: 10 U.S.C.2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one or limited number of responsible sources, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The basic requirement is for a quantity of thirteen (13) EA. The requirement also includes four (4) option years each with a quantity of 1-10 EA. All assets will be shipped FOB Origin. Solicitation is expected to be issued on or around 14 June 2007 with response due 15 days after solicitation issue date. Delivery is 120 days ARO contract. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The RFQ will NOT be posted at www.fedbizopps.gov.
