- Charleston AFB intends to award a sole source purchase order to Videobank, Northvale, NJ 07647 for VideoBank Vault, Web Enterprise (CPU License), Videobank Upload Software (6 month no cost evaluation period), and Videobank Service and support with 3 year agreement platinum service level with 4 hour response. The Web Enterprise includes: VB Core Software (Enterprise Edition, VB E-Search toolset, Playlist Manager, Web Single CPU License-level 1) Model: VB WEB-1-CPU-L1. In accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(a), full and open competition need not be provided when there is Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supply or Service Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered. North American Industrial Classification, 541511, size standard, $23,000,000, applies to this procurement. Vendors must be actively registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). The CCR website is http://www.ccr.gov. Contractors are asked to submit their Tax ID number along with their quote.
