- AFDW/A7K, Bolling AFB, DC intends to award a sole source, firm-fixed price contract with a base and four (4), one (1) year options to Corporate Executive Board, for the AF/A8X Directorate of Strategic Planning, 1070 AF Pentagon, Rm 4A118, Washington, DC 20330-1070. Authorization to do this is under FAR 6-302-1(a)(2)(iii) entitled: Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice is neither a request for a competitive proposal nor a solicitation for offers. A determination by the government to not compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
