- INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT TO HAMILTON COMPANY FOR ISWAP ARTICULATING PLATE GRIPPER PLUS INSTALLATION AND ACCESSORIES. The U. S. Army Contracting Agency, Directorate of Contracting, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD intends to negotiate solely (as prescribed in FAR 6.302-1) with Hamilton Company, PO Box 10030, Reno, NV 89520-0012. The contractor shall provide an iSWAP Articulat ing Plate Gripper Mechanism with installation and accessories. This contract is a follow-on effort of work that has already been implemented. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 334516 and the size standard is 500. Interested persons may identify their interest, in writing, to the Government point of contact. Responses to this notice must be received no later than 11:00 AM, Eastern Standard Time, June 20, 2007. This notice of intent is not a request for competi tive proposals or a solicitation of offers.
