- Solicitation W911S0-07-R-0014 will be issued as an A-76 requirement to provide logistics and public works support services for the Directorate of Logistics (DOL) and Directorate of Public Works (DPW) at Fort Leavenworth, KS. The Service Provider (SP) shall provide all personnel, management, supervision, and any other items and services necessary to perform the following functions: Workload Classifications and Management, Facilities Operations and Maintenance, Supply and Services, Transportation, Mater ial Maintenance, Environmental, Housing, Real Estate and Facilities, and Business Operations Services. Services will be performed at Fort Leavenworth, KS. The solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis. Period of Performance is for a 1-year base period, including a 60 day Phase-In, from the date of award with options for four additional years. Applicable NAICS code is 561210 with a size standard of $30 million. The solicitation will be posted in FEDBIZOPPS on or about 13 July, 2007, and closing fo rty-five (45) days thereafter. All amendments will be likewise posted on the same website. A bidders list will not be compiled and paper copies of the solicitation and/or amendments will not be mailed.
