- THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE ONLY. Letterkenny Army Depot (LEAD) has a requirement for the successful offeror to provide all supervision, labor, equipment, tools, materials and parts to inspect, perform on-site preventative maintenance, and pro vide emergency service on six (6) Air Compressors, and six (6) Air Dryers. This will be a requirements contract with a base period (Not-To-Excced) 12 months from date of award, with four (12) month option periods. This requirement is 100% set-aside for sm all business. Offers will be evaluated based on lowest price, technicall acceptable based on a statement of compliance provided in Solicitation Number W911N2-07-R-0040. The solicitation and all related documentation will be posted to the Federal Business Opportunities website on or about 29 June 2007. Capable contractors are encouraged to contact the contract specialist via email only at teely.shaffer@us.army.mil to be placed on the bidders mailing list. Contractors should provide in their email: compan y name, email address, cage code, DUNs number, primary point of contact and fax number to be placed on the bidders mailing list. Offerors will then be emailed a copy of the solicitation on or around 29 June 2007. The successful contractor must be regist ered with the Central Contractors Registration database.
