- Under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, and utilizing FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures the U.S. Army RDECOM - Natick Contracting Division, Kansas Street, Natick , MA on behalf of the United States Army Soldier System Center, Natick, MA intends to negotiate and award a purchase order on a sole source basis with Speciality Defense Systems, 11 Alberigi Dr., Jessup PA 18434-1831. This effort is to provide the Gover nment with M240 Catch Bag for testing and evaluation purposes. Therefore the contract will be awarded to Specialty Defense Systems.
