- Description
- The U.S. Army Research, Development and Engineering Command Acquisition Center, Natick Contracting Division, Natick, MA, intends to competitively acquire the Army Water Heater 400 (AWH 400). The Government anticipates a single award of a Firm-Fixed- Price (FFP) Requirements contract consisting of a one-year (1) Base Ordering Period and four (4) optional one-year Ordering Periods for a total of five (5) years duration. Estimated quantities over the life of the contract are approximately 1,000 Heaters. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 333414 with a size standard of 500 employees. This procurement will be a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The Request for Proposal (RFP), Performance Specification, Packaging an d Marking requirements and other pertinent documents will be available on the Natick Contracting Division website ON OR ABOUT June 29, 2007 at https://www3.natick.army.mil under Business Opportunities/Current Acquisitions/W58P05-07-R-0017. Firms will not be reimbursed for any costs associated with proposal preparation. The closing time and date for the RFP responses will be 30 days after release of the solicitation.
