Description: This requirement is for the acquisition of 81 each Blue Force Tracker (BFT) A-kits, to allow BFT use in the M1200 Armored Knight (an upgrade from the previous M707, using the M1117 Armored Security Vehicle (ASV) as the new vehicle platform). This re quirement also includes an option for 40 each Blue Force Tracker A-kits. Authority 10 W.S.C.2034 (C)(1), as implemented by far 6.203-1. Justification: Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
