Description

Design/Build BRAC Mobility Air Force (MAF) Logistics Support Center (LSC), Scott AFB, IL. Project encompasses the construction of a two story administrative facility for MAF LSC personnel at Scott AFB. This facility includes all utilities, mechan ical equipment room, storage, fire protection/suppression, and prewired workstations. Project also includes adequate parking, lighting, sidewalks, landscaping and other work associated with the project. Proposals will be evaluated based on the followi ng technical factors: Experience of the Prime Contractor and Design Contractor; Past Performance of the Prime Contractor and Design Contractor, Technical Approach, Price and Pro Forma Requirements. All evaluation factors, other than cost or price, when c ombined, are equal to cost or price. The estimated price range is between $10,000,000 and $25,000,000. NAICS is 236220. Contract duration is 420 calendar days. Approximate issue date is June 27, 2007 and approximate closing date is July 27, 2007. Pre-prop osal meeting at Scott AFB is planned for 11 July 2007. Exact time and location will be noted in solicitation. This is a full and open competition with HubZone preference. This solicitation will be awarded using the Technical Tradeoff (Best Value) approach .
