- Description
- The Army Corps of Engineers, Seattle District, anticipates requesting proposals for DESIGN-BUILD, DHS BORDER PATROL STATION, OROVILLE, WASHINGTON. This project provides for the design and construction of a new 50-agent approximately 12,200 SF Border Patrol Station (BPS) on a 23 acre site at Oroville, Washington. The project will include site development and utilities, roadways, fencing, landscaping, parking, optional helicopter pad and optional carports, Facility includes office space, conference room, armory, training/exercise area, locker room and restroom facilities, processing, detention space and holding rooms, storage and sallyport. Supporting facilities requirements include security, telephone service, emergency power, EMCS, egress contro ls, security controls, exit lighting, security lighting, and other equipment. This procurement is a 100% 8(a) set-aside. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 236220 and the small business size standard is $31.0-million. Estimated cost is between $5,000,000 to $10,000,000. Please be advised of on-lin e registration requirement in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database http://www.ccr.gov.
