- U.S. GOVERNEMNT SEEKS APROXIMATELY 8,000 SQUARE FEET OF WAREHOUSE SPACE FOR THE U.S. GEOLOGICAL SURVEY (USGS) IN ALBUQUERQUE, NM. The U.S. Federal Government has a requirement for approximately 8,000 rentable square feet of warehouse space and 21,000 square feet of adjacent fenced wareyard. Space offered must be within the following area described below. Northern Boundary: Osuna Rd. NE Southern Boundary: Menaul Blvd. NE Western Boundary: Chappell Dr. and I-25 Eastern Boundary: Louisiana Blvd. NE Only prospective properties contained within these boundaries or fronting directly on them will be considered. A map of the delineated area is available upon request. Buildings submitted must be in a quality building, professional in appearance, and of sound and substantial construction of the type generally recognized as modern type buildings having fully adequate means of ingress and egress, must fully meet requirements of the Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA) and all Fire- and Life-Safety codes, and must be altered or constructed to meet the Government's requirements. Space must be contiguous and at ground or street level. The lease shall be 5 years; 3 years firm. All interested parties should submit letters of interest by June 22, 2007, providing a location address and supporting information (e.g., site, square footage, title and recorded owner, point of contact, address and phone number, and evidence of authority to represent the owner, if applicable) for consideration.
