- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at, http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at https://www.neco.navy.mil . While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the Internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Offerors are encouraged to access information also available on the NSWC Crane Division Web site at http://www.crane.navy.mil/acquisition/homepage.htm. This is a synopsis for Electro Optic Test Equipment (FTAC) and Optical Alignment Collimator Bench (OACB) min1 / max 5 each, and support services for the Multi-Spectral Targeting System (MTS) on a sole source basis to Santa Barbara Infrared (SBIR) in Santa Barbara, CA. The following parts are anticipated to be procured utilizing Part 12 and 15 on an indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contract for a period of five (5) years.
