- NAVSEA Indian Head Division has a sole source requirement for Identification Sensors with Cognex Distribution Corporation, One Vision Drive, Natick, MA 01760. The SOW, Drawing 7250357, and specs will be provided with the RFP. This requirement is full and open competition. The small business size standard for this procurement is 750 employees, with a NAICS code of 334511, and an FSC code of 5895. If you wish to receive notification of the RFP?s posting, you must e-mail the following information directly to Michael L. Burch, @ michael.burch@navy.mil requesting a copy of Solicitation N00174-07-R-0032, in the subject line, and include name of POC, organization name, address, telephone, fax number, and your e-mail address in the body of your e-mail. Use your e-mail read notification to confirm the Contract Specialist?s receipt of your request. The government is not responsible for any undelivered e-mail transmissions. It is the requestor?s responsibility to periodical ly check the IHDIV Contracts Division website for current status of the RFP, and any amendments. Once the RFP has been issued on the internet, the Contract Specialist will send an e-mail message to the requestors, informing them that the RFP is now available for download off the internet. Copies of the issued RFP can only be obtained by downloading it from the IHDIV Contracts Division website at http://www.ih.navy.mil/contracts. Copies of the RFP will not be e-mailed, faxed, mailed, or provided in person. These types of requests WILL NOT BE ACKNOWLEDGED. NAVSEA, IHDIV shall not receive, or accept any form of electronic proposals as a result of this RFP. In responding to any RFP, you must fill it out fully, or your proposal will not be considered. You may fax your quote to 301-744-6546, or mail it to the address provided above to my attn., at Bldg. 1558. All offerors will be ineligible for award, unless they have registered in the DOD?s Central Contractor Registration datab ase (CCR). The web address is www.ccr.gov. All quotes are subject to FAR clause 52.215-1, Instruction to Offerors Competitive Acquisition (OCT 1997). See Fedbizopps Number Note 22 for quidelines.
