Description

It is the intent of the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) to rent audio visual equipment on a non competitive basis by contracting with the Ritz Carlton Buckhead and their Event Technology Department. The following rental to include but not limited to CD players, 8 channel mixer, DVD players, DID phone line connection, flipcharts w/ plain paper, LCD projectors, phone lines, podium microphones, preview monitors, 19' preview monitor, seamless switcher, wireless handheld microphones, wireless lavaliere microphone, wireless mouse, wired table microphone w/stand, and technical support for set-up and dismantling of equipment. The Ritz Carlton will be accommodating approximately 95 participants, for executive Conference being held July 09 - 12, 2007, located at 3434 Peachtree Road, Atlanta GA 30308. The basis for this non-competitive procurement is due to the Ritz Carlton imposed Terms and Conditions, applicable liability insurance requirements and other charges for the mandatory usage of its on-site audio-visual company to oversee the work and services of outside vendors and equipment on it property. This notice of intent is not request for quote.
