- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT SEEKS SOURCES FOR LEASED SPACE Naples, FLORIDA REQUIREMENT: United States Government is seeking to lease office and related space yielding a minimum of 850 usable square feet and 2 surface parking spaces in the City of Naples, Florida, available for use by the Transportation Security Administration (TSA). LOCATION: Space must be located in the Naples Municipal Airport. REQUIRED: All services, supplies, utilities, partitioning and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. TERM: The lease term will be five (5) years, two (2) years firm. Occupancy is desired no later than January 1, 2008. OWNERS & AGENTS: To submit a location for inspection, contact this office by June 22, 2007. Owners and Exclusive Agents only.
