Description

General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking to lease office space of approximately 4,100 rentable square feet in Cincinnati, Ohio for use by the Federal Public Defender. Rentable space must yield 3,567 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet, available for use by the Government for personnel, furnishings, and equipment. Parking spaces not needed. The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm. Offered properties must be within the area bounded by: Race St., E. 7th St., Sycamore St., and E. 3rd St. Offered space must be fully serviced and altered to meet the Government?s requirements. Facility and space must meet Fire and Life Safety Standards and Handicapped Accessibility Standards. Proposal from brokers and agents should be accompanied by evidence of their authorization to represent ownership. Expressions of interest should include building name and address, or if new construction, the site location. If you met these requirements, please send pertinent information by September 29, 2006 making reference to Solicitation for Offers No. GS-05B-17810.
