- DISA/DITCO on behalf of Defense Commissary Agency, intends to make a sole source purchase to CIO Executive Board, 1000 Pennsylvania Ave, NW, Washington DC 20006 to renew its annual membership with the CIO Executive Board for the period 01 July 2007 through 30 June 2008. Said membership provides an avenue for interchange among IT professionals and provides research for those areas of concern of its members. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation and there will not be a provide identical services/memberships to those defined in this notice are instructed to submit detailed information describing their membership and submit a quote of membership prices by the closing date specified herein.
