The estimated annual quantities at the top of page three regarding the clause are correct. Offerors please use the estimated quantities at the top of page three for the purposes of pricing your offers and manually correct the quantities further down in the schedule. Solicitation number SPM4LG07R0006, IQC07116009025. A one year Indefinite Quantity contract with four option years is contemplated. Delivery Schedule is 44 days ARO for all items, FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. Note: NSN 3120-01-092-2154 is a Critical Safety Item. Other than Full and Open Competition, unrestricted, all items are source controlled to Sargent Controls, alternate offers will NOT be considered. CCR registration and annual updates required.
