This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Item 2840-00-126-2845, 0015492531, ?Liner, Combustion?, P/N 7012M88P04 is a configuration control, critical application item, sole source to General Electric Company (CAGE 07482). Unrestricted. ABVS applies. FOB Origin. Inspection/Acceptance: Origin. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Total Quantity: 147 each; all 147 pieces are to be delivered to New Cumberland, PA with a delivery of 336 DARO or best possible delivery. Solicitation issue date is June 20, 2007 with a closing date of July 03, 2007. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition.
