Description
PR No: IQC07158009008. This solicitation will contain one NSN for F-14 Tomcat and F/A-18 Hornet aircraft. Request for Proposal SPM4A6-07-R-0805 will be solicited for award of an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). The award will be for a base year and four option years. The approved source(s) are BAE Systems, Cage 63395, P/N 103122-004 and U.S. Dynamics Corp., Cage 26269, P/N 446800. The NSN and Annual Estimated Quantity (AEQ) are as follows: NSN 6615-01-119-9917, Base Year AEQ: 515 each, Option Year AEQ: 515 each. Delivery: FOB: Destination, Inspection/Acceptance: Destination, 132 days ARO. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is on or about 3 Jul 07. The anticipated award date is 30 Oct 07. In accordance with 10 U. S. C. 2304 (c) (1), other than full and open competition applies. Reference notes 22, 23 and 26. Conditions for evaluation and acceptance of offers for part numbered items cited in the AID: This agency has no data available for evaluating the acceptability of alternate products offered. In addition, to the data required in subparagraph (c) (2) of clause L17C01 (52.217-9002), the offeror must furnish drawings and other data covering the design, materials, etc., of the exact product cited in the AID, sufficient to establish that the offeror's product is equal to the product cited in the AID.
