- Description
- The US Forest Service, Mt Hood National Forest anticipates the issuance of a solicitation for the construction of 4.8 miles and reconstruction of .8 miles of the Timberline Trail from Cloud Cap to Elk Cove. The issuance of this solicitation is expected to be on or about Jun 29, 2007. Work will include reconstuction of existing trailbed, refinishing backslopes, restoring trailbed outslope, removal of sloughs and berm of the entire project. I will also include cutting back and removing logs, stumps and brush. NO MECHANIZED EQUIPMENT and CONVEYANCES will be permitted.
