- Pope AFB intends to solicit and award a small business sole source to Yamas Controls Carolinas, Inc. to provide a JACE panels system support agreement that covers free software upgrades. The Statutory authority for this sole source purchase is FAR Part 6.302-1; Title 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1), 41 U.S.C. 253 (c)(1). The applicable NAICS codes are 541511, 541512, and 541519. Any interested parties, other than Yamas Controls Carolinas, Inc., that feel they can satisfy this requirement must identify their interest, experience, and capabilities to satisfy the requirement no later than five(5) working days after the post date of this announcement. All interested parties must be registered in the Central Contracting Registration (CCR) database.
