- Description
- The scope of the effort is to acquire in-house Contractor Support for the Principal Assistant Responsible for Contracting and Director of Contracting at Fort Belvoir, VA and other locations if required. Positions will include: Contract Specialists, Procurement Analysts, Management Analysts and administrative support. The contractor shall be responsible for providing all labor, supervision, certifications and any other items necessary to provide these services. The Government intends to award an IDI Q Fixed Price Labor Hour contract for this effort. TS/SCI cleared personnel are required for this acquisition. This acquisition is a 100% set-aside for 8(a) concerns only. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 5416 18 and the small business size standard is $6,500,000.00 (Six million five hundred thousand dollars) in average annual receipts for the preceding three years. FSC Code is R799. It is now a requirement that all contractors doing business with the Departme nt of Defense be registered with CCR (the website may be accessed on the Internet at https://www.ccr.dlis.mil/ccring/scripts/search.asp to register). The entire solicitation will be issued electronically at: _http://www.fbo.gov, (paper copies will not be available.) The solicitation, attachments and specifications will only be available by downloading the documents from the _http://www.fbo.gov website. All prospective bidders are responsible for obtaining the solicitation, any amendments or any other information from the _http://www.fbo.gov website. It is therefore the contractors responsibility to check the website frequently/daily for any posted c hanges to the solicitation. The projected solicitation issue date is 22 Jun 07, with proposals due on 23 Jul 07. When issued, the solicitation will specify the actual date and time for proposal receipt.
