- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Government intends to purchase the following items: CLIN 0001) an eight (8) channel Video and Audio Fiber Transmitter, SMF STAND ALONE UNIDIRECTIONAL OVER 1 FIBER, WITH/ST CONNECTORS AND 12VDC. Part # LMDT-8V8A-3; CLIN 0002) 8 Channel Video and Audio Fiber Receivers, SMF STAND ALONE UNIDIRECTIONAL OVER 1 FIBER, WITH/ST CONNECTORS AND 12VDC. Part # LMDR-8V8A-3; CLIN 0003) Shipping; CLIN 0004) Informational. The NAICS code is 334310 with a size standard of 750 employees. The requirement is 100% small business set aside. All respondents must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR), and have a valid DUNS number, Cage Code and Tax Identification Number. All responses must be written and sent via electronic mail or fax. All quotes shoul d be received no later than Thursday, June 22, 2007, 12:00 p.m., CST.
