- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Government intends to purchase UTP RECEIVER HUB consisting of the following items: CLIN 0001) 32 PORT POWERED UTP RECEIVER HUB, Product Number # VH3200; CLIN 0002) MODULAR ACTIVE VIDE O RECEIVER CARD, Product Number # TR560X8; CLIN 0003) ACTIVE VIDEO RECEIVER-SELECTABLE, Product # TT560; CLIN 0004) UTP AUDIO OPTION-LINE LEVEL APPLICATIONS, Product # AS1000; CLIN 0005) Shipping and Handling; CLIN 0006) INFORMATIONAL. The NAICS code is 42 3690 with a size standard of 100 employees. The requirement is 100% small business set aside. All respondents must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR), and have a valid DUNS number, Cage Code and Tax Identification Number. All resp onses must be written and sent via electronic mail. All quotes should be received no later than Thursday, June 22, 2007, 12:00 p.m., CST. The following FAR provisions and clauses are associated with this requirement: 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Condition s-Commercial Items and 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions.
