Description: The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has a requirement for construction of a Guard House at the National Conservation Training Center in Shepherdstown, West Virginia. The Government's estimate for this project is between $200,000 and $400,000. Contract award is anticipated before September 30, 2007. Period of performance shall not exceed six months from date of award. Performance/Payment Bonds required. RFP 982107R118 will be available on or about July 6, 2007 and may be accessed at ideasec.nbc.gov. A site visit is scheduled for July 19, 2007. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered by this agency.
