Description

The US Fish and Wildlife Service is seeking quotes from qualified and eligible firms capable of of performing a topographical survey at the Medicine Lake National Wildlife Refuge, located in Sheridan County, Montana. The RFQ is being procurred under full and open contracting procedures and purchase order award will be made based solely on price. The North American Industrical Code for this procurement is 541370 and the Small Business Size Standard is $4.5M. All questions regarding this announcment shall be directed to the Contracting Officer, Mr. Derek C. Reed at (303) 236-4329. Faxed quotes will be accepted at (303) 236-4791. THIS IS NOT A SET-ASIDE ACQUISITION. THIS RFQ IS OPEN TO BOTH LARGE AND SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS. AWARD WILL BE PROCESSED PURSUANT TO THE SMALL BUSINESS COMPETITIVENESS DEMONSTRATION PROGRAM. The total performance is 30 days from purchase order award. This acquisition is open to both large and small business concerns. The solicitation package will also be issued today due to the magnitude of the project and the project being issued as a commercial items as prescribed by FAR Part 12. Copies of the Request for Quotation, specifications and drawings can be obtained at www.fbo.gov once available for issuance.
