- Description
- The government intends to procure an extended one-year warranty for Essentris ED Module software and releated hardware. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. The government will negotiate with CliniComp International, Inc. 9655 Town Center Drive, San Diego, CA 92121. This procurement represents an open market purchase that is combined with a competitive GSA Schedule purchase conduced under the authorty of FAR 8.402(f). This is a purchase below the simplified acquisition threshold and a commercial item. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within 15 days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Gove rnment. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Responses to this notice must be sent in writing via email to the contact points in this notice on or before 02 July 2007.
