- Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division (NSWCCD), is procuring 30 hydrophones Model TC4032-5 and 30 7-pin female Jupiter mating connector assemblies. NSWCCD intends to negotiate a non-competitive procurement using Simplified Acquisition Procedures and award a firm-fixed price purchase order to Reson, Inc. These sensors were chosen because they are compatible with the exiting mechanical mounting configurations and they meet the necessary electrical output signal levels; it would not be cost effective to use another vendor. A determination by the Government to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Interested parties may forward their capabilities statements to the Government POC on or before 06/29/2007.
