- The Fleet & Industrial Supply Center (FISC) Norfolk, Contracting Department, Philadelphia Office intends to procure one (1) High Contrast Transmission Electron Microscope (TEM) System for the US Naval Academy. Award of a firm fixed price contract is anticipated. This requirement is a full and open competition. All potential vendors should be established and experienced leaders in the field of Electron Microscopy. The instrument must be delivered and fully operational NLT 15 August 2007. The requirement will be solicited as a commercial item in accordance with FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13.5. The applicable NAICS code is 334516.
