- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Reference no. N4019207RCW7047 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). A written proposal is requested to provide 3000 GALLON DOUBLE WALLED ABOVE GROUND FUEL TANK WITH INSTALLATION PACKAGE, QTY: 1, UNIT OF ISSUE: LOT. SPECIFICATIONS: 3000 GALLON DOUBLE WALLED UL 2805 FUEL TANK. THE TANK MUST BE PAINTED WITH A URETHANE PAINT COATING, 1 EACH BEARING PAD KIT FOR 2000 TO 6000 GAL TANK, 1 EACH 2 INCH FILL LIMIT SHUTOFF VALVE, 1 EACH OVERFILL CONTAINMENT 7 TO 10 GALLON S, 1 EACH 6 INCH VENT PACKAGE, 1 EACH DOUBLE POPPET FOOT VALVE, 1 EACH SET OF GALVANIZED STEEL TANK ACCESS STAIRS WITH RAILING FOR A 3000 GALLON TANK, 1 EACH 918 MORRISON CLOCK ARM GAUGE, 1 EACH HOLD DOWN/TIE DOWN RESTRAINT SYSTEM FOR THE 3000 GALLON TANK. TO INCLUDE ALL ASSOCIATED HARDWARE (2 ? INCH GALVANIZED CABLES, CABLE CLAMPS, CABLE COVERING, THIMBLES, 4 EACH SEISMIC RESTRAINTS FOR 3000 GALLON TANK, AND SHIPPING/FREIGHT CHARGES.
