- SUBJECT: REQUEST FOR QUOTES (RFQ) NUMBER: 02TR2870019 TO: PROSPECTIVE OFFERORS The General Services Administration?s Federal Acquisition Service solicits your response to the attached RFQ. We invite you to submit a proposal for satisfying the requirements described in this RFQ. Please submit all required information before the specified closing date and in accordance with the instructions set forth in the RFQ. In order to be considered for award, offerors must be registered with IT Solution. Award will only be made through IT Solutions. The website is http://it-solutions.gsa.gov. If vendor registration assistance is needed, please contact the help desk at 877.243.2889. Vendors are encouraged to review the RFQ carefully and submit any questions and comments no later than 5:00PM, Eastern Time, on 06/27/2007 to Rick.Yao@gsa.gov and lorraine.irizarry@gsa.gov. The responses to questions received will be issued shortly thereafter. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. This procurement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. In the event no acceptable quotes are received by the Government, this procurement will be converted to a full and open market solicitation. All prospective quoters are highly encouraged to schedule a site visit.
