- The intent of this modification 03 to the National Archives and Records Administration Solicitation NAMA-07-R-0007 is as follows; (1) Incorporate by reference the clause at FAR 52.216-27 -Single or Multiple Awards (Oct 1995). (2) Add the following language to the RFP; NOTE: The Contractor selected for award will be required to submit products requested in the Schedule of Supplies for first article approval in accordance with FAR 52.209-4, First Article Approval-Government Testing outlined in paragraph 15 of the Addenda to FAR 52.212-4 National Archives and Records Administration Terms and Conditions (Addenda) of this RFP. CONTRACTOR NOTE: The Government reserves the right to make multiple awards if, after considering the additional administrative costs, it is in the Government's best interest to do so. If the Government choose this alternative, the award will be for the CLINs or combination of CLINs that result in the lowest aggregate cost to the Government, including the assumed administrative cost. End of Amendment 03.
