Description

Upgrade 1 each Hicklin X1100 Test Stand. This is a sole source procurement to Hicklin/Superflow who owns the proprietary drawings and data rights to the test stand. We encourage any firm that recognizes this service and can provide supporting eviden ce in writing that they can provide this service to identify themselves and they may be considered for future requirements. North American Industry Classification System Code is 334519. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with F AR 4.501, 5.102(a)(7) and 14.205-1(c); therefore hardcopies will not be provided. Proposals submitted must be in electronic format as stated in the solicitation. Vendors wishing an electronic copy may download it on or after the issue date by accessing t he following address via the Internet: http://www.procnet.anad.army.mil (Doing Business with Us). Estimated issue date is 22 June 2007. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Govern ment is under no obligation and is, in fact, unable to maintain a bidders mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above Internet address in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued.
