Description

NA Sole Source. The United States Army Yuma Proving Grounds (USAYPG), Yuma, Arizona, intends to negotiate a sole source contract with L-3 Communications Corporation, 1515 Grundys Lane Bristol PA, 19007. The North American Industry Classification Sys tem (NAICS) code is 334220 with a standard size of 750 employees. This contract will consist of 1EA MDL# RCB-3000 Digital Dual Channel Receiver. This requirement will be integrated within a series/class of MDL# RCB-3000 receivers currently being used by US A YPG. Interested parties must submit technical literature showing their capability to meet the Government requirement no later than 3:00 P.M MST on June 23, 2007. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Gov ernment not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procure ment. See Note 22, with exception that the time period of the receipt of the proposals for consideration is 6 days instead of 45 days.
