- Site Survey Instructions for Video Telcommunications Upgrade Please include these instructions in the initial solicitation JTAMDO escort will meet vendor representatives on the first floor security station 15 minutes prior to posted site visit time to sign in; vendors that are late will not be allowed entry into the facility * No electronic devices allowed into the facility (i.e. laptops, phones, pagers, blackberries, etc) * Site visit is limited to one hour * No vendor solicitations for work outside the immediate scope of the project in question * Technical questions will be limited to the devices/architecture being upgraded * All questions must be presented so that all vendors in attendance can hear and benefit from response * No individual Q&A sessions * Any follow on questions must be provided officially in writing; responses will be provided to all vendors in writing * No more than two reps from any vendor * Substantive issues arising during this site visit will be deferred until a formal amendment to the solicitation can be issued * Facility diagram will be provided to all vendors upon entry to the VTC room * Vendors must bring their own copies of the solicitation; none will be provided during the site visit
