MD070021 with 2 modifications dated 6/26/07. These revised rates are at the end of Section 0800. The following is a link to the USACE ftp site where potential offerors can download the sign in sheet and slides from the site visit of 6/13/07: ftp://ftp.usace.army.mil/pub/nab/preposal/. This site will only be available until 6/29/07. RFI quest ions and answers are listed in Section 00010. Stipends will not be offered with this project.
