- The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake intends to procure on sole-sourced basis, a Fixed Price Award Fee contract for Contractor Engineering Technical Services (CETS) of the Avionics, Airframe, and Electrical Systems of the H-1 Helicopter. The contract will be for a period of four years, no options. The requirement is sole sourced to Bell Aerospace Servoces, Inc. who is the original developer and holds the proprietary data rights.
