- Description
- The purpose of this amendment is to change the quantity on the RSC-2600 camera from 6 each to 16 each. This amendment also changes the quantity on the PF-12P connector from 16 each to 18 each. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposal is being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is H92241-07-T-TBD, and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The due date is 22 June 2007 no later than 1:00PM est. Proposal may be submitted via e-mail (linda.diedrich@us.army.mil). The associated NAICS code for this acquisition is 336413 and small business standard of 1000 employees. The Technology Applications Program Office has a requirement for the following: RSC-2600 Camera, quantity 6 each, and PF-12P Connectors, quantity 16 each. Delivery to Cedar Rapids, IA, August 2007. Pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, Sekai Electronics, Inc., National Sales Office, P.O. Box 1897, New Milford, CT 06776 is the intended source. The Government does not own the specification or drawings to permit full and open competition. Firms that recognize and can produce the required items described above are encouraged to identify themselves to the contrating office who can provide additional information relative to the requirement. FOB and Acceptance/Inspection is at destination by a Government representative. The following provisions and clauses are applicable to this procurement: 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial; 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications--Commercial Items (Offerors are instructed to complete this section and return with their proposal, unless it is available on-line as implemented under ORCA (On-line Representations and Certifications Application)); 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions--Commercial Items; 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders--Commercial Items (specifically, but not limited to ? 52.203-6, 52.219-4, 52.219-8, 52.222-21, 52.222-26, 52.222.35, 52.222-36, 52.222-37, 52,225-13, 52.232-33); 252.212-7000, Offeror Representations and Certifications--Commercial Items; 252.212-7001, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Order Applicable to Defense Acquisitions of Commercial Items (specifically, but not limited to ? 252.205-7000, 252.225.7001, 252.25-7012, 252.243-7002, 252.247-7023, and 252-247-7024); and 252.204-7004, Required Central Contractor Registration.
