- Solicitation SPM7L307R0050 is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside for NSN 2530-01-496-1974, PARTS KIT, AIR FILTER. The quantity is 420 EA, which includes a 100% Option Quantity (possibly 840 EA total) IF EXERCISED. In accordance with Drawing 16236 2590LTST-0010 and all related data. Contractor First Article Testing Required -Clause I09A03 applies: SEVEN (7) UNIT- 90 days. Waived source is Brighton-Cromwell (3NNX8). Requested delivery is 165 days ADO to New Cumberland. Delivery is 285 ADO with First Article Test. NSN requires ORIGIN Inspection and Acceptance and FOB Destination. Quotations must be submitted in written form. The solicitation will be available on its issue date of July 5, 2007 at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/.
