Revised Attachment S-3 Past Performance Questionaire **************************************************************************** NOTICE: THE DUE DATE FOR PROPOSAL SUBMITAL HAS BEEN EXTENDED TO FRIDAY, JUNE 29, 2007 AT 3:00 PM, EASTERN DAYLIGHT TIME (EDT). Sections L and M of this solicitation have be revised accordingly. No further questions are being accepted at this time. The FAA is soliciting competitive proposals for Architect and Engineering (A&E) engineering support services nationally in support of the Terminal Program Operations Facilities Office. The services that are required consist of but are not limited to the following: update and maintain the national ATCT/TRACON standard design packages, conduct seismic and facility evaluations, design and implement selected mitigation modifications, terminal system support, facilities and airspace engineering, design and construction support, risk management and organizational and performance metrics. Services may also involve direct/on-site construction management and support services (to include detailed submittal and shop drawing reviews), audits of on going design and construction activities, and technical and professional creation support for new design/build activities in terminal. The FAA anticipates awarding an ID/IQ contract as a result of this solicitation. This is a full and open competition. All interested sources are referred to the attached SIR/RFO. All responses to this SIR/RFO must reference the solicitation number DTFAWA-07-R-05467 and be submitted to the attention of Loni Chinn, Contracting Officer, AJA-46 at the following address: Federal Aviation Administration 600 Independence Ave. S.W. Washington, D.C. 20591 FOB 10B, Suite 4E31NN The date and time for receipt of responses is 3:00 p.m., Eastern Daylight Time (EDT), June 29, 2007 (facsimile and email responses are not permitted). Any responses received after that date and time will not be considered in accordance with AMS provision 3.2.2.3-14, Late Submissions, Modifications, and Withdrawals for Submittals. Proposal submissions must be in accordance with Section L of the SIR/RFO. If all requested information is not furnished, the vendor's response may be determined incomplete. Both oral and written communications with offerors, during the screening process, may be conducted as deemed necessary. Questions regarding this SIR/RFO must be submitted in writing. The last day questions will be accepted is June 15, 2007, 12:00 p.m., EDT.
