Description

Questions and answers for the purchase and installation of projectors and interactive boards 1)When are the quotes due? The quotes are due Wednesday June 20, 2007 not Friday June 20, 2007. 2)Have you had a demo of the product which is required for any vendor to SCORE the opportunity with the Smart company. With a SCORE a vendor can offer less than GSA pricing? Yes, we've had a demo. Actually we currently use the product in our other facilities now. 3)How long should the pole extenders be? Approximately 3-4 feet. 4) Are the ceilings tile or drywall? They are tile 5) If they are tile, will we have access to remove them for easier installation? Yes, they are removable. 6) Is a site survey possible since we are located in Omaha? No, due to the short turn around time for quotes a site survey will not be possible. (Quotes are due tomorrow at 4:00pm CST) 7) What do you mean as soon as possible for the delivery date? The customer would have liked to of had this requirement completed by the end of June. I do not believe that due date is realistic; therefore the sooner the vendor can complete the requirement the better. 8) What are the sizes of the rooms? Are they about the same size throughout? All the rooms are approximately 16?x 12?.
