- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is for Full and Open Competition. The NAICS Code is 334417, Size Standard not to exceed 500. Solicitation/Purchase Requisition number F2KBAD7165A001 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-17 effective 14 June 2007. The Government intends to award the following (CLIN 0001-AA) PMJ-3A3A-1064-6/125-1-2-1 or Equal, 2 Meters long, 900um OD jacketed, 980/1064nm 6/125 PM fiber patchcord, terminated on each end with angle FC/APC connectors that are pre-aligned and locked on the slow axis. QUANTITY: 30 UNIT OF MEASURE: EA (CLIN 0002-AA) 14661 PMJ-3AF3-1064-6/125-3-2-1 or Equal, 2 Meters long, 3MM OD jacketed, 980/1064nm 6/125 PM fiber patchcord, terminated on each end with angle FC/APC connectors that are pre-aligned and locked on the slow axis. QUANTITY: 20 UNIT OF MEASURE: EA (CLIN 0003-AA) Shipping QUANTITY: 1 UNIT OF MEASURE: EA DESIRED DELIVERY DATE: 30 Days from date of award FOB: DESTINATION. Inspection and Acceptance: DESTINATION.
