- Request for Information (RFI) to Support Air Force Scientific Advisory Board (SAB). The purpose of this announcement is to request information for providing comprehensive solution for the coordination of SAB conferences at sites throughout the continental United States. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this requirement is 541611 Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services. The objective of the USAF Scientific Advisory Board is to provide independent advice and recommendations to Air Force senior leadership on science and technology for continued air and space dominance. Responses to this RFI will be reviewed by the Government and may result in an award of a single contract. Award is not guaranteed and the Government does not intend to pay for information received. The purpose of this acquisition is to acquire support services that will provide offerings focused on both standard operations and surge requirements surrounding off-site conferences to include but not limited to: Meeting Facility Support, Lodging Coordination, Meeting Transportation, Meal Coordination, Non-Secure LAN administration, Conference Web-Site development, maintenance and reporting, Database development, maintenance and reporting, Administrative Support. This requirement includes four (4) conferences throughout the year. Two of the conferences will require minimum support, one of the conferences will require moderate support and one conference will require full-blown support. Responses are to be received by 4:00 EST, 27 June 2007. All information must be in writing.
