Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. We have a requirement to Lease Thirteen Portable Air-Cooled Air Conditioners and associated hook ups, installation, delivery, and pickup for a minimum of 3 months. We have Five CLINS which are : CLIN 0001: Portable Air-Cooled Air Conditioner: Three(3) Month lease agreement for thirteen 13 each air conditioners. Air Conditioner must be able to cool 5,300 CF of Tent space. CLIN 0002: Lease of Cable and connections f or the Air conditio n ers in CLIN 0001 to connect to the power supply. CLIN 0003: Installation and set-up for the Air Conditioners and cabeling leased in CLIN's 0001 and 0002. CLIN 0004: Delivery of the Leased Items to Fort Riley, Ks 66442. We require the earliest deliver y to be within 10 calendar days upon reciept of order. CLIN 0005: Pickup of Leased Items upon completion of the Lease. The Government contemplates award of a single contract resulting from this solicitation. C ontractors will quote ALL CLINS or NONE. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-16 effective on March 22, 2007. This requirement is set-aside 100% for small business. Your price shall be FOB de stination. Contract will be Firm Fixed Price FFP.
