Description

Corpus Christi Army Depot Contracting Office intends to award a firm, fixed price contract to furnish three each Ergonomic work stands for aircraft transmissions, Ergotech, Inc. part number 750E2, to Corpus Christi Army Depot, Corpus Christi TX. The re shall be an option to purchase six additional units within one year of the time of award. Negotiations to be conducted solely with Ergotech, Inc. under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c) (1) as citied in FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Othe r Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Request for Quote (RFQ) number W912NW-07-T-0107 will be issued on or about 20 Jan 2007. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals . This solicitation is not a request for competitive proposals; however, all proposals received by the closing date will be considered by the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to co nduct a competitive procurement. This determination is solely within the discretion of the Government. No telephone requests. Send all requests for solicitation package to kenneth.r.marsh@us.army.mil.
