Description

The work of this contract consists of providing all materials, equipment, labor and supervision necessary to replace the furnace and unit heater at the Boat Shop. This work also includes furnishing and installing a new waste oil fired heater. Furnace replacement at Visitor Center, including replacing the existing gas service line to the building. Also heating system improvements at Administrative Building. Additionally the work includes air conditioning system at Visitor Center. This project is located at Curecanti National Recreation Area, 15 miles west of Gunnison, Colorado. The solicitation package will be issued on or about July 3, 2007. The solicitation package may be obtained via the internet by accessing the National Business Opportunities web site at http://ideasec.nbc.gov The solicitation will state Site Visit date and time. The estimated magnitude of construction is between $25,000 and $100,000. NAICS code for this project is 238220, the size standard is $13.0 million. All bids must be submitted in hard copy. No electronic bids will be accepted.
